The room felt cramped, especially with my luggage stacking up since they're standard Tokyo sizes. The mini fridge struggled to keep anything cool, which was frustrating. Breakfast options leaned towards instant food, and the bedding was a bit hard for my liking with only one pillow available at check-in.

We were assisted during check-in late at night, and the staff greeted us with big smiles. Having access to nearby restaurants meant we had plenty of options after a long day exploring. The location is perfect for jumping on the metro and seeing the sights.

My kids wished there were more activities available for families. A small play area or toys would have made our stay even better.

Had a nice stay! Location is on point – just a quick walk to the Metro. Room was clean and had everything I needed. The toiletries were a nice surprise. Breakfast was okay, but could be better. Only thing was the room felt a bit tight, especially with the PJs they provided being too small. Still a solid spot for exploring!

The free amenities were a game changer , like they had toothbrushes and shaving kits available if you forgot yours. The staff was super helpful, got my son’s left behind watch back to us without a hitch.
